The highly experienced goalkeeper joined the Rovers in the summer of 2024.He started out as a youth player with Luton Town in 2012, followed by Dagenham and Redbridge. where he spent eight months and also spent time on loan with Enfield Town before going over to Spain and having a short two month stint with Cadiz.
In March 2016, he went over to the United States to study for a degree and played for Tulsa AC in Oklahoma, where he won a NPSL Conference runners-up medal.
In April 2019, he moved to play for Oklahoma City Imps where he helped to win the UPSL Central Conference title.
He then returned to Essex in 2020 and signed for Essex Senior League side Clapton. This was followed by spells with Ilford, Harlow Town, Basildon United and Coggeshall Town.
Dev is a very experienced goalkeeper with international experience, known for his excellent shot-stopping abilities and quick reflexes, his addition to the club was most welcome.
