Great Wakering Rovers start the new year this Saturday with a trip away to Ilford.

Rovers have managed a decent run of form going into the year, winning four from their last five.

We've already played Ilford this year when we welcomed the London side to Burroughs Park back in August and it required a last minute penalty by Ben Search to snatch victory.

Ilford have been in decent form themselves with only managing one loss in five and sit fourteenth in the Essex Senior League.
