Great Wakering Rovers are back in action this week and will be playing two games in four days.
First they will travel away to Athletic Newham on Wednesday evening as they look to bounce back following two league defeats in a row. Athletic Newham will be a tough test who sit ninth in the league and are looking to bounce back following their 3-0 defeat to Benfleet on Saturday. Rovers have already played Athletic Newham this season in September, Harry Brown scoring a hattrick in a 3-1 win.
Rovers will then host Clacton at Burroughs Park on Saturday 30th November. The Seasiders currently sit at the bottom of the league table but that means nothing as they prove to be a tough nut to crack.
Need some non league football to feed your entertainment? Get yourself over to Burroughs Park this Saturday as Rovers look to bounce back. Try our popular crispy fries or our double bacon burgers.
